Synopsis:  This paper investigated general properties of phase resonances, how phase resonances are excited, how they concentrate, radiate, filter light, and how to extract energy from the phase resonances.  A new type of corrugated surface antenna using phase resonances is described.

Synopsis:  This paper experimentally demonstrated that light can be locally and spectrally split according to wavelength and the individual components fully absorbed in separate cavities.
